Meet the Firms is an excellent way for you to meet accounting professionals from over 40+ firms. For some of you, this may mean the chance to learn more about the accounting career path. For others, it is an opportunity to learn about a firm’s corporate culture. Regardless of the reason, it is never too early to start building connections with firms so take advantage of this event.

Meet the Firms will be in-person at an hotel in the Irvine/Costa Mesa area. More information, including parking and venue details, will be sent via email following student registration.

Free parking at the venue is limited. Valet and paid parking is available in neighboring lots to the venue. More details will be shared closer to the event date and following registration.

It is highly recommended to carpool with event attendees and arrive early to avoid any traffic prior to the event.

The Meet the Firms committee will be compiling student resumes in a resume book and sharing them with firms prior to the event. This step is highly recommended for first time attendees and those who wish to recruit this semester. The Google Form to submit your resume can be found on the RSVP form linked above. The deadline to submit resumes is 11:59 pm, Sunday, September 10, 2023.

Volunteers will play an integral role in the success of the semester's largest and most important networking event. Additionally, Beta Alpha Psi members may receive "community service hours" for their participation. The volunteer form can be found on the RSVP form linked above.
